  • Do you run yoga and pilates classes? - Yes. We have 8 different types of classes we alternate throughout the week.
  • How much do your clases cost?  - We have four membership options with an average cost of $15-$22 per session.
  • Do you offer trial classes? - Yes. Please text or email us to enquiry about your trial session.
  • Do you have reformer pilates? - To support our variety of sessions we are not able to position reformer beds in the studio.
  • Can I join as a complete beginner? - Yes. We support all fitness levels .
  • What classes are best for beginners? - Dance, Yoga, Core, Stretching and Pilates are great classes for beginners.
  • Do you offer pay as you go option? - No. You are welcome to sign up for just one session a week.
  • Do you offer private sessions? - No. We believe in group training. We run small groups of classes.  
  • How many people are in a class? -  Maximum 21 members per class with an average of 15 members per class.
  • I am a niqabi (hijabi). Am I safe to exercise at your studio - We are 100% safe women-only studio. You can exercise without your hijab.
  • Am I too old for your classes? - As long as you can sefely stand up and sit down on a mat by yourself- you will be able to train.
  • Is my daughter too young to sign up? - Your daughter has to be least 12 y.o. to exercise with us if you attend a class with her.
  • Do you have child-minding facilities? - No. Please come to escape your daily routine and have a quality "me-time" with us.
  • Am I allowed to exercise pregnant? - If you did not train with us before you got pregnant you will have to wait to join us.
